Baseball Game Preview: Central Panthers vs. Lebanon Warriors

For the second straight game, Central will face off against Lebanon. The Panthers will challenge the Warriors at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Central has won five straight at home dating back to last season, while Lebanon won five straight on the road), something that'll have to change.

Central is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They never let Lebanon get on the board and left with a 20-0 win on Wednesday. The Panthers have beaten the Warriors the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Warriors has come to flipping the script.

For Lebanon's part, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Preston Bryan, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

The loss snapped Lebanon's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-4 record. As for Central, their victory bumped their record up to 7-5.
