Basketball Recap: LaSalle Academy Comes Up Short

LaSalle Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 40-38 heartbreaker at the hands of the Monsignor Farrell Lions. If the Cardinals were looking for revenge after losing 66-47 to them when the teams met back in December of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

LaSalle Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Monsignor Farrell, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 11-14 record this season.

As of now, neither LaSalle Academy nor Monsignor Farrell have any future games scheduled.
