Volleyball Recap: Coral Park Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Coral Park couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They came up short against the St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders on Wednesday, falling 3-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Rams haven't been shut out since back in September.

Coral Park took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-8, 25-10.

Among those leading the charge was Adriana Medrano, who had four digs and four aces.

Coral Park's defeat dropped their record down to 11-5. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, they pushed their record up to 24-4 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home.

Coral Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, they will face off against Mater Academy Charter at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
