Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tuscaloosa Academy). Their defense stepped up to hand the Sipsey Valley Bears a 13-0 shutout on Thursday. The result was nothing new for Tuscaloosa Academy, who have now won seven games by four goals or more so far this season.

The victory was the third in a row for Tuscaloosa Academy, bringing their record up to 9-5. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 35 goals over those three matches. As for Sipsey Valley, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-10.
