Softball Recap: East Peoria Has No Trouble Against Streator

East Peoria won the last time they faced Streator and things went their way on Saturday too. The Raiders were the clear victors by a 13-6 margin over the Bulldogs. The Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matchups by six runs or more this season.

East Peoria is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-13 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.8 runs over those games. As for Streator, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 14 of their last 18 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-22 record this season.
