Winter Springs not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since March 6th. They put the hurt on the Ponte Vedra Sharks with a sharp 3-0 win. This was payback for the Bears, who suffered a 2-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Zeke Register paced Winter Springs' offense, picking up nine kills. Register really made an impact as he also led the team in assists with 11. Miles Poe controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Winter Springs' record is now 12-8. As for Ponte Vedra, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Winter Springs will head out to take on Oviedo at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ponte Vedra, they will face off against Bartram Trail at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
