Basketball Recap: East Dubuque Comes Up Short

East Dubuque was the 57-40 winner over Black Hawk when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The East Dubuque Warriors lost 61-35 to the Black Hawk Warriors on Monday. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no points scored by either team from that point forward.

This is the second loss in a row for East Dubuque and nudges their season record down to 14-11. As for Black Hawk, they now have a winning record of 10-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Dubuque has already played their next contest (against Stockton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Black Hawk will be playing in front of their home fans against Barneveld at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
