Weyauwega-Fremont scored the most runs they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wild Rose Wildcats. The Warhawks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Hannah Pantzlaff was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. She also brought in an RBI, marking her first of the season.

Weyauwega-Fremont's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Wild Rose, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-3.

Looking ahead, Weyauwega-Fremont will take on Shiocton at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Wild Rose, they will face off against Sevastopol at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
