Volleyball Recap: Hixson Takes a Loss

Hixson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gordon Lee Trojans. The Wildcats were not able to make up for their defeat to the Trojans from their previous meeting back in September of 2020.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-12.

Hixson's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Gordon Lee, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 31-9.

Coming up, Hixson will host Red Bank at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Gordon Lee, they will square off against Sonoraville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
