Humboldt came out on top against St. Mary's-Colgan on Tuesday thanks in part to Skylar Hottenstein's efforts. Hottenstein wasn't messing around, getting 11 digs and two aces. The contest was her third straight with 11 or more digs dating back to last season.

Hottenstein and Humboldt will be taking part in a tournament against Prairie View at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
