Olympus had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.4 runs) and they went ahead and made it eight on Monday. They came out on top against the East Leopards by a score of 5-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 12-0 on Saturday.

CADE FELTS was incredible, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run, two stolen bases, and two runs. He has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last seven times he's played. Another player making a difference was CADEN LLOYD, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases and one run.

Olympus hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least four batters in four consecutive matches.

Olympus' win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-7. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for East, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-18.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Olympus beat the Leopards by a score of 5-0 on Wednesday.
