Basketball Game Preview: King Wolves vs. Wilson Wildcats

Having just played yesterday, the King Wolves will head out on the road to face off against the Wilson Wildcats at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in King's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

King picked up another tournament win on Friday. They snuck past Glendora with a 55-51 victory.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead King to victory, but perhaps none more so than Chukwuma Ezinwa, who posted 23 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cristian Quintero, who put up 15 points and four steals.

Meanwhile, Wilson came up short against Quartz Hill on Friday, falling 66-42.

King's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Wilson, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Everything went King's way against Wilson when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as King made off with a 59-37 victory. Will the Wolves repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
