Lone Peak had already won nine in a row dating back to last season and they went ahead and made it ten on Thursday. They blew past the Bountiful RedHawks 3-0. The Knights have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the RedHawks, too.

Lone Peak not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Bountiful between 14 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-17, 25-15.

Lone Peak can attribute much of their success to Luhanna Panta, who had 19 digs and one assist.

Lone Peak was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in seven consecutive matches dating back to last season.

Lone Peak's record is now 2-0. As for Bountiful, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lone Peak will face off against Woods Cross at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bountiful, they will square off against Clearfield at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
