Baseball Recap: Enterprise Comes Up Short

Enterprise fought the good fight in their extra-innings match against South Sevier on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Rams by a score of 2-1. The game marked the Wolves' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Enterprise's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 9-4. As for South Sevier, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-2.

Enterprise has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Kanab on the 25th. As for South Sevier, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 30-0 victory against Water Canyon on the 25th.
