Volleyball Recap: Ashby Comes Up Short

Ashby was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dawson-Boyd Blackjacks. The Arrows were not able to make up for their defeat to the Blackjacks from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Ashby's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Dawson-Boyd, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-6.

Ashby has already played their next game (against Benson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Dawson-Boyd, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Ortonville on the 13th.
