Basketball Game Preview: Tri-West Hendricks Bruins vs. Triton Central Tigers

Two dominant guards in Aniyah Anthony and Maryrose Felling are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Tri-West Hendricks Bruins will host the Triton Central Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Saturday, Tri-West Hendricks came up short against Indian Creek and fell 50-37. The Bruins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Triton Central). They claimed a resounding 78-15 victory over Waldron. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Mohawks recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Triton Central's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Tri-West Hendricks, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Tri-West Hendricks took a serious blow against Triton Central when the teams last played back in January of 2023, falling 63-32. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Bruins were down 38-9.
