Volleyball Recap: Mountain Ridge Takes a Loss

The Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions came up short against the Canyon View Jaguars on Friday and fell 2-0. The Mountain Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Leading Canyon View to victory were Lyndin Swanson and Isabella Hedrick. Swanson had 11 digs, while Hedrick had nine digs. Those 11 digs gave Swanson a new career-high.

Mountain Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Canyon View, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Mountain Ridge has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Notre Dame Prep on the 5th. As for Canyon View, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Willow Canyon on the 5th.
