Basketball Recap: Madison Picks Up 17th Straight Win at Home

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Madison). They enjoyed a cozy 77-61 win over the Thunder Ridge Titans on Wednesday. The victory was nothing new for the Bobcats as they're now sitting on eight straight.

When it comes to explaining why Thunder Ridge lost, don't look at Deegan Branson. Despite the final result, he went 6 for 8 from beyond the arc en route to 20 points. Another player making a difference was Keith Brown, who posted nine points.

Madison's win was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.8 points per game.
