Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Highland). They put the hurt on the Mark Twain Tigers with a sharp 19-8 victory on Monday. The win was some much needed relief for the Cougars as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Highland's record is now 2-12. As for Mark Twain, they dropped their record down to 1-13 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Highland will host Marion County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mark Twain, they will welcome Clopton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
