Basketball Recap: Barry Western Takes a Loss

Barry Western made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Griggsville-Perry, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Wildcats fell just short of the Tornadoes by a score of 42-40 on Friday.

Barry Western's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Griggsville-Perry, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Barry Western won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Tri-City at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Griggsville-Perry, they are taking a road trip to square off against North Greene at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
