East Grand Rapids is a perfect 3-0 against Allendale since April of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Pioneers will venture away from home to face off against the Falcons at 6:45 p.m. East Grand Rapids has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with four straight defeats, while Allendale will come in with four straight victories.

Meanwhile, Allendale kept a clean sheet against Coopersville on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 4-0 margin over the Broncos. Give Allendale's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Allendale pushed their record up to 7-4-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those three matches. As for East Grand Rapids, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6-3.

Everything went East Grand Rapids' way against Allendale when the teams last played back in May of 2023, as East Grand Rapids made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pioneers since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
