James Gibson posted a new career-low in earned runs on Tuesday. He tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

Gibson's strong effort led Landon over St. Stephen's & St. Agnes and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
