Football Game Preview: Dracut vs. Marblehead

After two weeks on the road, Marblehead is heading back home. Dracut and Marblehead go head to head on Friday at 7:00 PM in their first playoff matchup of the year. Marblehead are cruising in on a seven-game winning streak while Dracut are stumbling in off of three consecutive losses.

Last Saturday, Dracut came up short against Tewksbury Memorial, falling 0-14.

Meanwhile, Marblehead may have failed to reach the 33.33-ppg average they boasted coming into the match against Danvers last Friday, but the team still had enough to get the job done. Marblehead had just enough and edged out Danvers 10-7.

Marblehead's win lifted them to 7-0 while Dracut's loss dropped them down to 3-3. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
