Volleyball Recap: Pocatello Falls Short Against Ranked Post Falls

Pocatello faced Post Falls in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Thunder lost 3-0 to the Trojans. The Thunder just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Despite the loss, Pocatello still got an impressive performance from Addison Gregory, who had 17 digs and two aces. Gregory is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last five games she's played. Harley Bace also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Pocatello's loss dropped their record down to 18-12. As for Post Falls, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Pocatello has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Rocky Mountain on the 4th. As for Post Falls, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Melba on the 4th.
