Football Game Preview: Boone vs. Webster City

Webster City will challenge Boone on the road at 4:45 PM on Friday. Webster City are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the match prepared for a fight.

Webster City took an ego-bruising defeat against Humboldt two weeks ago, but they kept their chin up and bounced back last Friday. Webster City came out on top against Dallas Center-Grimes by a score of 35-21 last Friday. The high-flying offensive effort was a definite turnaround from Webster City's flat performance the matchup before.

Meanwhile, Boone had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 35-28 victory over Perry. The success made it back-to-back wins for Boone.

Their wins bumped Webster City to 4-4 and Boone to 5-3. After the lofty point totals in their previous games, we'll see if they're able to heat things up even more while facing each other.
