Volleyball Recap: North Greene Takes a Loss

North Greene was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Washburn Pirates. The Huskies were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Pirates earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

North Greene's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Washburn, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season.

North Greene will be playing at home against Chuckey-Doak at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Washburn, they will face off against Gatlinburg-Pittman at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
