River Valley entered their tilt with Lindhurst on Wednesday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They blew past the Blazers 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Falcons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-14, 25-14.

Jude Trojan paced River Valley's offense, picking up nine kills. Trojan got some help from Jovan Bachra and his 24 assists. Bachra was also solid from the service line: he led the team with four aces.

River Valley's win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 25-7. As for Lindhurst, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. River Valley will host Del Campo at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lindhurst, they will welcome Chico at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
