Maplesville skates past Isabella with ease

Recap: Maplesville Red Devils vs. Isabella Mustangs

The Maplesville Red Devils scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They breezed by Isabella at home to the tune of 67-28. Maplesville has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 23 points or more this season.

Maplesville found their leader in underclassman Nehemiah McCary, who scored 20 points along with three steals. McCary hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. Jonathan Wilson was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with eight assists and two steals.

Maplesville pushed their record up to 10-6 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.4 points per game. As for Isabella, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-18.

Maplesville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Isabella will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on February 1st.
