Basketball Recap: Kole Singler and Adrian Davis Secure Win for Robertsdale

Robertsdale fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They took down the Elberta Warriors 50-33 on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Golden Bears: when they faced off against the Warriors back in November, they had to take a 49-46 defeat.

Robertsdale was led to victory by Adrian Davis and Kole Singler. Davis posted five points in addition to eight assists and seven steals, while Singler dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten rebounds. That's the most points Singler has posted since back in January. The team also got some help courtesy of Skyler Washington, who put up eight points.

They weren't the only one working in the assists department: Robertsdale was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Robertsdale's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-11. As for Elberta, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season.

Robertsdale wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 46-27 loss against Saraland on the 16th. Elberta will take on Baldwin County in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
