Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lowry). They breezed by the Battle Mountain Longhorns to the tune of 57-17 on Tuesday. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-7.

Despite the loss, Battle Mountain saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Paitynn Johns posted four points and eight rebounds. Johns is also crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Noel Hill, who had nine points and five rebounds.

Lowry now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Battle Mountain, with the defeat, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-1.
