Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Carlos Torres stepped things up a notch to give Chaparral the 'W'. Torres produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out eight batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Chaparral is 3-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 2-3 otherwise.
