Basketball Recap: Rantoul Takes a Loss

Rantoul lost against Salt Fork back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Eagles had to suffer through a 53-25 loss at the hands of the Storm. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

When it comes to explaining why Rantoul lost, don't look at Joselyn Espinoza. Despite the final result, she posted eight points.

Rantoul now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Salt Fork, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Rantoul will take on Watseka at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Salt Fork, they will welcome Arcola at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
