Basketball Recap: Aloha Takes a Loss

Aloha was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were dealt an 84-38 loss at the hands of the Westview Wildcats. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 225th, while the Wildcats are ranked eighth).

Aloha's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Westview, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Aloha will host Sunset at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Westview, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Mountainside at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
