Game recap: Boonsboro blows out North Carroll

Though Boonsboro (Md.) didn't put up more than 14 points in any quarter, the team still managed to crush North Carroll (Hampstead, Md.) 37-0 on Saturday.

The Warriors were up 24-0 at the half after taking the lead on Ruiz's touchdown pass in the first quarter.

Boonsboro expanded its lead to 37 points entering the fourth quarter. BHS scored once in the quarter on.

Calleb Yurish stood out for the Warriors in the win. The junior kicked one field goal and two extra points.

Boonsboro got revenge for last year's 21-12 loss to the Panthers with the victory.



North Carroll (0-1) will play a non-conference game against Brunswick next week, while Boonsboro (1-0) will take on Manchester Valley in a non-conference game.
