Basketball Game Preview: Georgetown Bulldogs vs. Forest Bulldogs

Having just played yesterday, the Georgetown Bulldogs will head out on the road to face off against the Forest Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Georgetown had been on a seven-game streak of scoring at least 55 points, but LaSalle put an end to it on Monday. Georgetown took a blow against LaSalle, falling 40-11. The match marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Forest came up short against Beekman Charter last Monday, falling 60-36. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Georgetown's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-6. As for Forest, their loss dropped their record down to 2-11.

Everything came up roses for Georgetown against Forest when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as the team secured an 89-62 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Georgetown since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
