Basketball Recap: Naselle Takes a Loss

Naselle was the 60-57 winner over Wahkiakum when they last played one another back in December of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Naselle Comets took a 59-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wahkiakum Mules. The Comets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Naselle's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Wahkiakum, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Naselle will host Non Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wahkiakum, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Kalama at 2:00 p.m.
