Avon Grove moved up to 215 from 286 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Ches-Mont - National. The Red Devils climbed the ranks as a result of defeating Kennett 7-6.
Avon Grove and the Blue Demons played the closest game in the league this week, with Avon Grove eventually emerging with a 7-6 victory.
East's dynamic duo of Jon Jon Roberts and Chris Sheehan proved tough for Penn Wood to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Roberts threw for 222 yards and 2 touchdowns and Sheehan had 74 yards receiving. Pat Downey helped East's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 38 yards.
