DeKyra Mitchell turned in nothing short of a gem on Friday: she scored 15 points along with six rebounds. As if that's not impressive enough, the match was her third in a row with 15 or more points. For the season, Mitchell has averaged 15.8 points, 3.1 steals, and 3.2 assists per game.
Mitchell and Holmes County Central will be playing in front of their home fans against Greenville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mitchell hasn't had any trouble running up the score (she's averaged 15.8 per game this season), but it's looking like he'll have his work cut out for him against Greenville's dominant defense.
