It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but American Fork had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They walked away with a 6-2 win over the Lehi Pioneers. Winning may never get old, but the Cavemen sure are getting used to it with their 15th in a row.

Kenny Johnson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on seven hits and racked up six Ks. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks in 12 consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Brandon Upham, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. Max Miller was another key player, going 1-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double.

American Fork's victory bumped their record up to 28-4. As for Lehi, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-16.
