Soccer Recap: Providence Takes a Loss

Providence was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 4-0 to the Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers. That's two games in a row now that the Panthers have lost by exactly four goals.

Providence's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Legion Collegiate Academy, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Providence will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on Lugoff-Elgin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Legion Collegiate Academy, they have already played their next game, a 1-0 defeat against Catawba Ridge on the 2nd.
