Basketball Recap: Breck Takes a Loss

If Breck was riding high fresh off their 59-34 takedown of Edison last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Breck Mustangs were beaten by the Camden/Minneapolis North Patriots 78-13 on Thursday. The contest marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Breck dropped their record down to 8-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Camden/Minneapolis North, the win (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 15-4.

Breck has already played their next match, a 56-30 victory against Mounds Park Academy on the 31st. As for Camden/Minneapolis North, they are taking a road trip to challenge Edison at 7:00 p.m. on February 6th.
