Soccer Recap: Southbridge Comes Up Short

After flying high against Sizer on Monday, Southbridge came back down to earth. The Pioneers came up short against the Blackstone-Millville Chargers on Wednesday, falling 7-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, Southbridge haven't been shut out since back in September.

Southbridge's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Blackstone-Millville, their victory ended a five-match drought at home and bumped them up to 2-11-1.

Looking ahead, Southbridge will welcome Bartlett at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Blackstone-Millville, they are taking a road trip to face off against Douglas at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
