Stringer extended their postseason success on Thursday against Ethel. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Tigers a 2-0 shutout. The victory was nothing new for the Red Devils as they're now sitting on 14 straight.

Not much got past Madilyn Graham, who gave up just a hit and racked up seven Ks to keep Ethel off the board. Graham has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in nine consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Stringer's win was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Kayleigh Douglas, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double.

Stringer's record is now 21-3-2. As for Ethel, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 21-14.

Stringer didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Ethel on the 1st. The Tigers does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
