The Pearce Mustangs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Highland Park Scots at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Highland Park got a massive performance out of Faith Horner, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Kathryn Joiner, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-5.
Pearce's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Highland Park, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 10-12 record this season.
Pearce skirted past Highland Park 10-9 when the teams last played back in February.
