Plainview extended their winning streak to six games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Charlie Richey. The Bears came out on top against the Scottsboro Wildcats by a score of 2-0 on Saturday for which the team can thank Richey, who had 15 digs. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Plainview's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Scottsboro, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Plainview didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Boaz on the 23rd. As for Scottsboro, they will face off against Fort Payne at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
