Basketball Recap: Fenton Comes Up Short

Fenton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 32-20 to the Flushing Raiders. The contest marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Fenton's defeat dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Flushing, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fenton will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Notre Dame Prep at 7:00 p.m. on February 25th. Flushing also won't see the court for a while: their next match is against Dow at 7:00 p.m. on February 24th.
