Volleyball Recap: Sequoyah Has No Trouble Against Lambert + How To Watch

Sequoyah barely beat Lambert the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Chiefs blew past the Longhorns 3-0 on Thursday. The match marked the Chiefs' most dominant win of the season so far.

Sequoyah walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-18, 25-19.

Elle Gemberling paced Sequoyah's offense, picking up 12 kills. Gemberling got some help from Mackinley Parrott and her 25 assists. Leni Hansraj controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Sequoyah's record is now 5-1. As for Lambert, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Sequoyah has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Walker on the 19th. As for Lambert, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Savannah Arts Academy on the 16th.
