Basketball Recap: Water Valley Takes a Loss

Water Valley was the 76-59 winner over North Panola when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Water Valley Blue Devils took a hard 70-52 fall against the North Panola Cougars on Thursday. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Water Valley's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for North Panola, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Water Valley will venture away from home to challenge Calhoun City at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Panola, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the North Panola Cougars challenge the Rosa Fort Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
