Volleyball Recap: St. Martin Takes a Loss + How To Watch

St. Martin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the D'Iberville Warriors, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Yellow Jackets of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-16, 25-14.

St. Martin's offense was headlined by D'Kennedi Jenkins and Chloe Nguyen, who picked up three kills apiece. They got some help from Emma Chester and her three assists. Finally, Jenkins was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

St. Martin's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for D'Iberville, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-5.

Coming up, St. Martin will welcome Moss Point at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for D'Iberville, they are taking a road trip to square off against Ocean Springs at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
