Soccer Recap: St. Mary's Comes Up Short

St. Mary was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 6-0 to the Kellenberg Memorial Firebirds. The shutout was out of character for St. Mary's seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in September.

St. Mary's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Kellenberg Memorial, their win bumped their record up to 8-6-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. St. Mary's will square off against rival St. Dominic at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Kellenberg Memorial is set to challenge their familiar foe Holy Trinity at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
